When and where will my bags be delivered back to me?

That depends on the service you booked — arrival or departure:

🛬 Arrival service (you are arriving in Valencia)
Your Tralli concierge will meet you at Valencia Airport or Joaquín Sorolla station and deliver your luggage to the address selected during booking — hotel, Airbnb, office, or any other location in the city.
You do not need to wait. We will deliver your bags at the exact time slot you chose, so you can start exploring luggage-free.

🛫 Departure service (you are leaving Valencia)
We will collect your bags from your accommodation or another location at the time you selected. Your Tralli concierge will then deliver them to your departure point — Valencia Airport or Joaquín Sorolla station — and meet you there.

At the airport:
- Metro arrival: Take the escalators to the Departures level. You will meet your concierge under the large flight board near the check-in hall entrance.
- Taxi or Uber: Ask to be dropped near Santa Gloria café. Enter through the far-right terminal door; your concierge will be waiting just inside.

At Joaquín Sorolla station:
Your concierge will meet you before the security check in the departures area, just before platform access.

If your flight or train is delayed, please notify us as soon as possible. Your concierge can wait up to 15 minutes beyond the scheduled time; after that, delay fees may apply.

How do I know that my luggage will be safe?

We understand that handing over your belongings requires trust. That is why Tralli is built around safety, transparency, and care — from collection to final delivery.

Sealed, documented, and traceable
Each bag is sealed in front of you with a unique, tamper-proof tag. When your luggage is returned, you can confirm the seal remains intact.

Your bags are always handled by trained Tralli staff — we do not use third-party couriers. Our transport vans are GPS-tracked, so we can respond instantly to any unexpected delays or route changes.

Fully insured for peace of mind
While issues are extremely rare, every booking includes insurance. If your luggage is lost while in Tralli’s care, you will receive compensation plus an essentials kit to cover immediate needs at your destination.

With Tralli, your luggage is always safe, traceable, and protected.

Where can I have my luggage picked up or delivered?

This depends on the service you choose — arrival or departure:

Arrival service:
If you are arriving in Valencia, your concierge will meet you at Valencia Airport or Joaquín Sorolla station. Your bags will then be delivered to your hotel, Airbnb, office, or any other address in the city.

Departure service:
If you are leaving Valencia, we can collect your luggage from any location — accommodation, office, café, or public spot. You choose the pickup time and place when booking. Your concierge will deliver your bags to the airport or station, ready for check-in.

Service area:
Pickups and deliveries are available only within the city of Valencia. We are working to expand to more European cities soon.

What if Tralli delivers my bags late and I cannot check them in?

Tralli uses real-time data and predictive algorithms to plan routes with precision. We factor in traffic and delays, with built-in safety margins to ensure your luggage arrives on time.

Whether it is for departure (delivery to airport or station) or arrival (delivery to a city address), we track every item and adjust routes as needed.

In the rare event of a delay, you should continue with your travel plans. Tralli will ship your luggage to your final destination at no extra cost and provide a basic essentials kit to ease the inconvenience.

Is Tralli available in my city?

Tralli currently operates only in Valencia, covering both Valencia Airport and Joaquín Sorolla train station. We plan to expand soon to more European cities, focusing on major airports and train hubs.

What happens if I do not show up at the chosen location when the Tralli personal concierge arrives?

If you are not present at the scheduled pickup or handover point — whether in the city, at the airport, or at Joaquín Sorolla station — your Tralli concierge will wait for up to 15 minutes.

During that time, we will try to contact you via your registered phone number (up to three attempts).

If there is no response and the wait time expires, the service will be marked as a no-show so we can continue with other bookings.

I need to store my luggage for multiple days. Is that possible?

Absolutely. We also offer multi-day luggage storage, including pickup and delivery at any location in Valencia, so you do not have to worry about moving your bags at any point. If this is the service you need, simply contact us on WhatsApp and a human agent will assist you with the reservation.

I need the service between two addresses in Valencia. Can you help?

Yes, no problem at all. We also provide luggage pickup and delivery between any two addresses within Valencia, even if you are not arriving or departing the city.

This service includes secure storage for as many hours/days as needed, plus collection and delivery at the locations of your choice for maximum convenience.

To arrange this service, please contact us on WhatsApp and a human agent will guide you through the booking.

How many bags does the service include?

Each Tralli booking includes one small/large bag by default. You can add more during booking — up to 10 bags total per service.

If you are traveling with more than 10 bags or need special handling, contact us on WhatsApp and we will assist you with a custom solution.

What if I have excess weight or luggage?

Tralli safely transports your luggage but does not manage airline or train check-in procedures.

Please verify weight and size limits with your carrier before departure. If any item exceeds those limits, you may face extra fees or issues at the airport or Joaquín Sorolla station.

We recommend weighing your bags in advance and reviewing your fare conditions to avoid surprises.

What if I have special luggage like a bike, surfboard or golf clubs?

Tralli currently transports standard suitcases only. Oversized items like bikes, surfboards, or golf bags are not yet supported. We are working to include sports and oversized equipment soon.

Can I have someone else hand over my bags to Tralli on my behalf?

If you cannot be present at pickup, someone else can hand over your luggage — such as a hotel concierge, Airbnb host, or trusted contact.

They should show proof of your booking. The easiest way is to forward your Tralli confirmation email so the concierge can verify details on site.

This is ideal if you have an early checkout or a tight schedule. Just ensure the bags are ready and accessible at the agreed time and place.

How can I cancel or reschedule my booking?

No worries — plans can change. You can cancel or reschedule using the links in your booking confirmation email.

There are no fees if you do it at least 12 hours before your scheduled pickup or delivery.

After that, changes may not be possible, as your concierge may already be en route or assigned.
