We’ll seal each of your bags with a tamperproof seal for added security and take photographs for documentation purposes. From there, your luggage enters Tralli’s secure chain of custody and will be delivered back to you at your hotel, home, or any other location within the city, at the time you’ve chosen. In the meantime, you’re free to begin exploring the city or attend your meeting without the hassle of your bags.

 

On the day of your departure, we reverse the process. At your selected time, one of our professional agents will arrive at your designated pickup location, ready to collect your luggage directly from your doorstep—no effort required on your part. If you’re unavailable, you can arrange for a trusted person to hand over your bags to our agent, ensuring a smooth handoff to Tralli.

Frequently Asked Questions

When and where will my bags be delivered back to me?

When we collect your luggage, we will coordinate with you to set a convenient delivery time at the airport, allowing you to adjust your day and itinerary accordingly.

One of our agents will meet you at the designated airport meeting point. Getting to the meeting point is quite straightforward once in the airport:

  • Are you arriving by Metro? After exiting the Metro gates, take the escalators up to the Departures deck on the second floor. Our agent will be waiting for you under the big flights board, by the entrance to the check-in hall.
  • Are you arriving by Taxi or Uber? Ask your driver to drop you off near the Santa Gloria coffeeshop. Enter the terminal through the far-right entrance. Inside, our agent will be waiting under the big flights board, by the access to the check-in hall.

If your flight is rescheduled, delayed, or cancelled, please contact us to re-arrange the delivery. Kindly note that it is the user's responsibility to inform Tralli of any changes, and our agent can wait for you for a maximum of 30 minutes (delay surcharges may apply).

How do I know that my luggage will be safe?

No worries, Tralli's concept is new, and we understand your concerns. After all, we are talking about your belongings!

Tralli implements robust safety and security measures to ensure your luggage is protected and constantly monitored. Each piece of luggage is covered to prevent scratches and is handled with the utmost care by our specialized staff.

Upon pickup, each piece of luggage is sealed in front of you with a unique and signed security seal. Upon delivery at the airport, you will be able to verify that the seal has not been tampered with. Additionally, our vans are tracked in real-time, allowing us to detect any incidents or service deviations.

The chances of losing a bag are almost non-existent. However, unforeseen circumstances may still occur, and we want to be prepared for that. Each piece of luggage is insured, so in the event that your luggage gets lost by Tralli, you will receive compensation to cover your belongings, as well as a package to meet your most immediate needs upon arrival at your destination.

Where can I have my luggage picked up?

At home, in the office, in a coffee shop, or even in the park if you wish... anywhere! We want to make your life easy and convenient.

But please note, our service is currently available only in the city of Valencia. We’re working hard to expand to more European cities—stay tuned for updates!

What if Tralli delivers my bags late and I can't check them in?

Tralli uses predictive algorithms and artificial intelligence to plan its collection routes. Real-time traffic, detours, rush hours, and other circumstances are all factored in. Additionally, safety margins are incorporated by the Tralli routing engine to ensure we can react to unforeseeable events. We accurately track when each piece of baggage needs to be at the airport, allowing the system to automatically readjust routes if necessary to ensure no luggage is left behind.

However, unforeseen circumstances may still occur. In the rare event that we are unable to deliver your bag on time, you should definitely get on board. We will make sure your bags are shipped to your destination as soon as possible, shouldering the costs. In the meantime, Tralli will provide you with a package to cover your most immediate needs upon arrival at your destination.

Is Tralli available in my city?

So far, Tralli operates in Valencia only. We will be expanding soon to other cities with international airports. If you would like to see Tralli in your city, please send us a request here.

What happens if I don't show up at the chosen location when Tralli agent arrives?

No worries. If you are not present when our agent arrives, either at the pickup location or at the meeting point at the airport for delivery (as applicable), we will wait for you for 15 minutes, during which we will attempt to reach you at your contact phone number at least three times. This should give you the opportunity to make it to the pickup location if you had forgotten about the meeting time.

If you still do not show up, we will unfortunately have to cancel the service so that our agent can proceed with the itinerary without further delay. A partial refund will be made to your original payment method, but a 10€ no-show fee will be retained in accordance with our Terms .

How many bags does the service include?

The standard service includes up to 2 bags, but you can add up to 3 extra pieces of luggage, for a maximum of 5 bags per booking.

If you are traveling with more than 5 bags, please reach out to us on WhatsApp and one of our agents will assist you with your booking.

What if I have excess weight or luggage?

Unfortunately, Tralli cannot take any responsibility for your flight ticket fare and conditions. Kindly ensure you verify your airline's policy and allowance before your flight to avoid unnecessary overcharges or delays.

What if I have special luggage like a bike, surfboard or golf clubs?

Currently, Tralli is accepting suitcases only. However, we are working hard to upgrade our service to include oversized and sports equipment as well. If you want to request or know when this will be available, please contact us here.

Can I have someone else hand over my bags to Tralli on my behalf?

Absolutely! You can leave your luggage with the hotel concierge or Airbnb host if they are willing to do it for you. However, please note that our agent will need to see proof of the booking. You can simply forward the confirmation email to the designated person.

How can I cancel or reschedule my booking?

No worries, we understand that plans can change. You can cancel or reschedule your booking using the links included in the booking confirmation email. And, of course, it's free. There are no cancellation fees as long as you do it up to 2 hours before the originally scheduled time slot.
