Payment is made after your luggage has been collected. Once your concierge has picked up your items, you will receive a secure payment link to complete the transaction online. You do not need to provide any card details during the booking process, so you only pay once the service is underway.
Each bag is sealed with a tamper-evident tag and handled under a continuous chain of custody by your Tralli personal concierge. Bags are never left unattended in lockers or back rooms and are insured for up to €4,000.
Yes, absolutely. Prams, pushchairs, strollers and other oversized items are part of what we do. The only difference is a small surcharge of €20 for oversized items — everything else works exactly the same.
